-Lake hours are only from DAWN TO DUSK! No lake use at night. -Hunting and trapping is prohibited on grounds. -No alcohol, drugs, vaping, or smoking of any kind.-In order to use all other facilities and amenities, the following conditions must be met:
You must be a regular participant of The Fayetteville Church worship services.
You must read and sign this Consent to Participate and Waiver of Liability Release Form
You must pass this safety test.
You must be 18 or older or under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian who meets the above requirements
Noted Exceptions on Who Can Use the Facilities:
Escorted guests may use the facilities as specified in this agreement.
Neighbors who live within ½ mile of the property and meet requirements (2) thru (5) above may use the Facilities and Amenities other than the church building.
-No horses on the grounds
-Currently, fishing, jumping, or diving from the dam is prohibited.
