Building Usage Request Form

The Fayetteville Church has been richly blessed with a beautiful facility. This facility makes
much of our ministry possible and, therefore, the building must be handled with great skill, care, diligence and most importantly prayer.

Currently we are only able to facilitate events sponsored by our members. Our building is not open for public use at this time.

Please fill out the following form if you would like to request use of the building.

Allow 24 hours for approval for small events (i.e bible study, small group meetings).
Allow 30 days for larger events that require additional services.
